One system, six leaks closed

What changes when every channel shares a job.

BTS wide shot — camera, chef plating, warm restaurant lighting

Your food, your chef, your room, whatever makes people crave you. We shoot what you already have and make it the reason they came.

Content that shows you at your best

Hands holding a phone open on a restaurant reservation page

Traffic that turns into tables

We send people from Instagram and Google straight to your reservation and your online order, not just to your profile.

Reviews caught before they go public

A phone in an orange jacket pocket showing a restaurant story

Forty six percent of Google searches are local. When someone three blocks away is hungry, you are what they find.

Found when they're ready to decide

Growth Foundation

Positioning, identity, and systems built to convert strangers into regulars.

01

Generate Demand

Create awareness and desire through photography and film that show what it feels like. Build social presence where people spend time. Place paid discovery in front of people already looking for what you do.

02

Convert Demand

Turn interest into visits by owning local search, earning trust signals through reputation and reviews, and running campaigns that give people a reason to come in now.

03

Retain Demand

Bring guests back through direct communication that stays relevant, loyalty systems that recognize repeat visits, and win-back sequences that activate the lapsed.

Selected Work

See what changed. Not just what shipped.

Why Atrium

One accountable team, not five vendors.

The real question isn't Atrium versus another agency. It's Atrium versus the photographer, the social manager, and the ads shop you're already juggling.

Why the system matters

The first visit is expensive.
The next one should not be.

$42

return on every $1 spent on restaurant email. The highest-ROI channel in hospitality.

70%

of first-time diners never return. The problem isn't your food. It's the silence after they leave.

2.7x

more guests retained by brands using direct 1:1 engagement vs those relying on broad marketing.

Evidence from the operators

We could tell you it works. They already did.

Owners, chefs and operators across Kansas City — in their words, not ours.

From day one, we connected with the Atrium team—their energy, creativity, and passion for what they do. They truly work with us as part of our team. More than feeling like we hired an agency, we feel like we found a true partner for our business.

Fernanda ReyesTaco Naco KC

Atrium took the time to really understand who we are and what we’re trying to do. We’ve seen the difference in our social media and engagement, but most importantly, it’s getting people through the doors. They’ve become more than an agency we hired—they’re a partner we trust.

William WalkerOld Shawnee Pizza

The impact on social media has been incredible. People are seeing and enjoying the content, and most importantly, it’s bringing new customers through our doors. The team is professional, attentive, and always brings great ideas.

The brunch campaign they built moved real revenue. Not followers — people sitting down on Sunday mornings.

How We Work

A monthly engine. Not random posts.

Strategy, content, and technology run as one system on a 28-day cycle — so marketing stops being guesswork and you can focus on the food.

01

STRATEGIC

Discovery & brand immersion

We learn your restaurant — the food, the culture, the numbers, the competition. Not a questionnaire. A real conversation.

02

CREATIVE

Strategy lock + first shoot

Brand direction, visual system, and content calendar defined. Then we walk into your kitchen with cameras.

03

SYSTEMATIC

Activate every channel

Content goes live. Google optimized. Email flows activated. Ads launched on proven creative.

One team, not five vendors

You don't need five vendors. You need one system.

Brand strategy to CRM, shoots to dashboards — 11 disciplines under one roof, run as a single system. No hand-offs. No briefing your business twice.

Before we start

The questions that matter before you hire us.

Clear scope, clear ownership, clear measurement. If the answer depends on your operation, we say that before the proposal—not after the invoice.

01

Scope

What is the minimum engagement?

We scope the smallest complete system that can solve the problem. The minimum depends on location count, active channels, production needs, and how much your internal team already owns.

02

28 days

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding is the first 28-day cycle: discovery, access, measurement setup, strategy lock, and the first production or activation sprint. Your exact launch sequence is mapped before work begins.

03

Transparent

Is media spend included?

No. Media spend stays separate from Atrium fees, so you can see what funds the work and what goes directly to platforms. We recommend the budget; you approve it.

04

Planned

How many production sessions are included?

Production cadence follows the content demand of the scope. We define shoot frequency, locations, outputs, and reuse plan before the engagement starts instead of hiding them inside a generic package.

05

1–many

Do you work with one location?

Yes. Atrium works with strong single-location concepts as well as regional groups and multi-location brands. The operating model changes; the standard of measurement does not.

06

One owner

Who approves the content?

You name one accountable approver. Atrium brings the strategy, calendar, and work into a clear review rhythm so operators are not chasing approvals across email threads.
